LIFE BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

Transitioning into adulthood is a challenge for many young people.  A youth with disabilities and his or her family must make some important decisions about the future.  Such decisions include making choices around future living arrangements, education and employment, finances, and community and social involvement.  These are often complex issues that benefit from proper planning.
Transition planning is a partnership involving the student, their family, their school and local service providers, such as CASS Incorporated.  CASS Incorporated provides students and their families the opportunity to transition into the necessary services and prepares them for new and exciting challenges!

Please contact CASS Incorporated to see how students can include CASS Incorporated as part of their Individual Education Plan (IEP).  Schools and/or families can also set up times to meet with staff from CASS Incorporated to learn more about the opportunities that are available.  We will even come to your school!
