CASS Incorporated, a 501(c) 3 non-profit corporation, is a community based provider of rehabilitative services for people with disabilities, or other challenges to a successful life of work and living.  We assist people in reaching a greater degree of independence by teaching skills, supporting and coaching the application of those skills in real work and life situations, and ultimately fading our assistance to a place of ongoing balance for continued success.

CASS Incorporated is located in Atlantic, Iowa, (www.atlanticiowa.com) a community of about 7,000 people, and the county seat of Cass County in southwest Iowa.

CASS Incorporated offers a variety of community based and facility based services.  Determination of what services are available can be arranged with your funder and CASS Incorporated staff based on your personal plan, called an Individual Service Plan (ISP).  You determine your wants and needs and we assist you by matching them with appropriate services.

CASS Incorporated believes in community based services, where people live in their own homes and work at real jobs in our communities with just enough supports to be successful.   All of our residential services are designed for people living in their own homes.  Our employment services are specific to those seeking community jobs.  Our work services are based in our packaging and assembly business, called Resource Industries. We provide the activity services of Beyond Work and New Horizons designed around the concepts of enrichment and community involvement. And finally, we offer after hours leisure time opportunities at our Olive Street Social Center.
