CEO
Glenda Farrier and her husband
Steve live on a high ridge in rural Cass county. Away
from CASS Incorporated, Glenda is an accomplished horsewoman
and enjoys training and competing with her Morgan horses in
carriage driving competitions throughout the Midwest. |

Board President
Ivan Lynch and his wife
Nancy have two daughters and 3 grandchildren. Ivan is
the Guidance Counselor and Special Education Director for the
Griswold Community Schools. He enjoys gardening, woodworking,
and reading. He is an Elder at his church and is very
involved in education associations. |

Board Vice President
Dave Chase is an attorney
and a partner in the law firm Cambridge, Feilmeyer, Landsness
and Chase PLC. He and his wife Barb love Old English Sheep
Dogs and bicycling. Avid cyclists, they are often seen
riding their tandem bicycle. Dave was a driving force
behind the recreational trail system in Cass County. Dave’s
other interests are golf and reading. |

Board Secretary
Rick Tighe and his wife Sandy have 6 children and 2 grandchildren.
Rick has an extensive background in computer infrastructure management
for businesses, everything from architecture and engineering to
healthcare. He owns a computer consulting firm called Answers.
His interest is home improvement but when he has some free time,
it includes fishing and sailing. |

Evona Billings and her husband
Duane “Tuff” have two children and five grandchildren.
She was formally in the banking business. However, in
their retirement, they enjoying raising Irish Dexter cattle
and going to area celebrations with their children’s Ferris
wheel. Evona is very active with the Lewis Community Center
and has a reflexology business. |

Dale Lind lives in a round
house with his wife, Dianne. They have two grown children.
Dale is a salesperson for Henningsen’s Construction.
Before this, he was in the dairy business for a number of years
and at one time, had a motorcycle dealership. Dale is
a Cubs fan, enjoys fishing and is very active in automotive
competitions. |

Emerson Link recently retired as Executive Director of the Southwest Iowa Mental Health Center and Assistant Administrator of Behavioral Health Services at Cass County Memorial Hospital. He and his wife Joyce claim six children, three of their own and three exchange children from Germany. Emerson enjoys his grandchildren, teaching for the community college, consulting for the hospital, serving on local boards and writing. But his #1 hobby has been mountain climbing; he has been on 3 dozen Colorado mountain tops over 14,000 feet, some more than once! |

Carole Schuler A life long Atlantic resident, Carole
has four children and five grandsons. She is the Community Volunteer
Coordinator for Cass County Memorial Hospital. She is the long standing
Chair of Cass County Relay for Life and is active on local and state
boards of the American Cancer Society. In her free time, Carole enjoys
walking, reading and volunteering in her community. |

Laura Stuetelberg helped
to start CASS Incorporated’s Beyond Work service and was
its first Director. Ultimately, Laura moved to the business
world and is now a Personal Banker with Rolling Hills Bank.
She and husband Denny have two children and 3 grandchildren.
Laura enjoys being involved in her community, gardening, hiking,
biking and snow skiing.

Steve Tjepkes is married to Julie and they have two
children and 2 cats. Steve is a CPA and formerly worked
in public accounting. Currently, he is the Controller
for Atlantic Municipal Utilities. He enjoys coaching his
children’s athletic teams, playing golf and softball and
going to the Y.
